Visit the “GET STARTED” page and select any plan(s) that best fits your lifestyle goals.
Choose your delivery date and the number of meals.
Monday Delivery - 1 week/10 meals = 10 meals will be delivered.
You won’t be locked in a subscription, however, this option can be selected manually at checkout page
Select the meals you want from the menu, select quantity and add to the cart ( located as list view on the right side of the page )
When all done, the next page is focused on add ons, Snacks, Juice, Hummus, Etc...
Then simply checkout just like any online order.
Our delivery radius is 19 miles from downtown Portland.
Our route includes: Vancouver, Beaverton, Hillsboro, Tigard, Lake Oswego, Gresham, Oregon City, Clackamas, Happy Valley, and more.

Cooking and prepping takes place in our kitchen located in NE Portland, OR.
The kitchen is licensed through the Oregon Department of Agriculture.
Our food is always fresh and never frozen. Meals may be frozen after they are received, we recommend to eat fresh but freezing is an alternative to make sure they don’t go bad if not consumed within 5 days.
Yes! Store the meals in cold temperature to maintain freshness. They last about 5 days after delivery if refrigerated properly. Please make sure your meals are refrigerated immediately after they are received to preserve freshness.
We encourage a “pan stir fry” method since it preserves more nutrients.
If you are using a microwave, then remove the plastic lid, place veggies on top, and microwave for 1.5 - 2 minutes.

We currently have the option to sign up for a weekly subscription through our website. Your meal subscription will be automatically renewed every week. You can edit your meal selection through your account on our website.
Sorry to see you go, enable to make refunds work, we ask for a (5) day notice prior to your next order to make cancellations on any meal plan.
All customer actions are completed by the customer online. Any PDX Meal Prep team members are here to help with the online ordering process but cannot make changes to a customer account.

It is further understood and agreed that all food shall be consumed at the customer’s sole risk at the time that any meal or snack is eaten regardless the product. Meals have a “best by date” on the labels. Improperly eaten, stored, (under)cooked food, and the method in which food is consumed is at the customer’s sole risk. It is also clearly understood that this agreement is not assignable or transferrable by customers. No privileges, rights, or plan credit granted by a customer (except gift certificates) can be transferred.
